The fourth annual Cancer Action Walk for Wellness will be held at the Greece Ridge Mall on Sunday, February 24. The two-mile indoor walk can be completed anytime between 9 a.m. and noon. Advance registration is encouraged, but not required. To get a pledge form and other details, call 423-9700.

Proceeds from the walk are used to benefit Camp Open Arms, a summer camp for 100 children with cancer and their siblings.

Last year approximately 380 people joined the walk that raised $14,030. This year's goal is $16,000.

Everyone completing the walk is invited for a free breakfast snack, and they will receive a token of appreciation (water bottles, fanny packs and similar items as supplies last). Each walker who turns in at least $100 will receive a specially designed teal blue Cancer Action T-shirt.
