Kaminski leads Saints gymnasts

Senior Krystal Kaminski finished first in two events and second in two others as the Churchville-Chili Saints gymnastics team recorded their highest total of the season in a 121.3-108.475 win over Penfield January 10.

Kaminski finished first in the floor exercise and the vault and placed second in the uneven bars and the balance beam and placed first overall with a 36.15. Teammate Jackie VanDeWater was third in the meet with a 30.15 total score highlighted by third place finishes in the vault and the uneven bars. Kim Golis was fourth with a 29.95 total, which included a third place finish on the balance beam.

Kaminski was third all-around in the county following her performance, which helped even the team's record at 3-3.
