Hilton music faculty holds recital February 4

Hilton Central School District music teachers will hold a Faculty Recital on Monday, February 4, at 7 p.m. in Hilton High School Auditorium, 400 East Avenue, Hilton.

The performance is free and open to the public. Featured will be solos and duets - vocalists, piano, oboe, flute, percussion -- from more than 15 faculty members representing all schools in the district. Among the highlights will be Xylophonia, a percussion performance with xylophone and marimba, arranged by Hilton High School teacher Tim Stodd.

"This is a great way for parents, students and the community to see the exceptional talent in our faculty," said Northwood Elementary School music teacher Sonja Mann.
