East- West Tourney

In the East-West wrestling meet held at Brockport Middle School Saturday, February 9, first place went to Spencerport over Rush-Henrietta 53-12. Second place went to Brockport 42-17 over Webster. Gates Chili took third place over Fairport 30-25.

Spencerport’s Chuck Zimmerman has Rush Henrietta’s Rob Frustaci on his back at this point and went on to win a thrilling match 7-5 in the last seconds of overtime.	Brockport’s Clark VanDenBerghe, here on top, pinned Webster’s Chris Richardson with one minute to go in the match.
Brockport’s Wrestling coach, James Cannon, proudly displays his award naming him West Division coach of the year.	Jordan Webster, Brockport, has Webster’s Matt Witt in trouble here and finally won a tough match with a pin in the last minute.
