Youth Apprenticeship info night, Feb. 27
Students who participate in the two-year Youth Apprenticeship Program, sponsored by the Rochester Business Education Alliance, earn a wage and up to eight high school credits while learning new skills through structured on-the-job and classroom training. They work 1,200 hours in a culinary, skilled trade, manufacturing, financial or automotive setting. Participating companies include: Wegmans, Kodak, ASMAT, Papago Plastics, ROCON Manufacturing and Sydor Optics.
