Pearce Memorial Church presents Easter musical
A cast of approximately 60 men, women and children from across the Rochester area are preparing an Easter musical at Pearce Memorial Church.
Pearce's Easter musical, "Crossroads," will be presented March 21-24 in the church sanctuary. Evening performances are at 7:30 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and matinees at 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. "Crossroads" portrays the strength and devotion of Mary Magdalene, Mary (the mother of Jesus) and Salome (the mother of James and John). It offers encouragement to all and reminds us that at the crossroads, only one signpost can indicate the direction to take - the cross of Calvary, according to church personnel. This totally-new production is directed by Pastor of Music and Celebrative Arts Dean Davis.
Parking is located adjacent to the building. Tickets are required and are available at the church, at Tops Market in Gates, and at some area Christian bookstores. (To reserve tickets at the door, call 594-9488. A $3 donation will be accepted at the door.
