Park Ridge Auxiliary names board officers
The Park Ridge Auxiliary has appointed its slate of officers for 2002. They are: Sharlene Penna, president; Mary Jo D'Angelo, first vice president; Mary Stroh, second vice president; Irene Perevich, recording secretary; Lena Calabrese, corresponding secretary; Norma Clement, treasurer and Loretta Welch, group coordinator.
Sharlene Penna continues her term as president. Penna has been a member of the Auxiliary for 25 years and has served in numerous board positions. Penna resides in Rochester.
Mary Jo D'Angelo has been appointed to first vice president. A member of the Auxiliary for three years, she has served as second vice president. D'Angelo resides in Greece.
As a new member to the Park Ridge Auxiliary board, Mary Stroh has been appointed to second vice president. Stroh resides in Spencerport.
Irene Perevich, a past board member, has been appointed secretary. This is her first executive board position. Perevich resides in Gates.
Lena Calabrese continues her term as corresponding secretary. She has been an active member of the Auxiliary for 17 years and resides in Greece.
Norma Clement continues her board service as treasurer for three second year. Clement has been involved with the Auxiliary for 16 years and resides in Gates.
Loretta Welch continues her position as group coordinator. She has been active in the Auxiliary for 15 years and is a resident of Greece.
The mission of the Park Ridge Auxiliary is to raise funds to benefit the programs of Park Ridge Hospital and Unity Health System. Since 1975, the Park Ridge Auxiliary has contributed over $3 million to Park Ridge Hospital and Unity Health System. Formed in 1929 as the Park Avenue Hospital Auxiliary, the group today has over 300 volunteer members.
