Monroe County hosts public forums
on metropolitan government

Three public forums to assess public opinion on proposals to consolidate towns and suburban school districts into a single city government have been scheduled by Monroe County officials. The forums will take place on Tuesday, April 23 at the Greece Town Hall at 7 p.m.; Thursday, April 25 at City Place (50 West Main Street in the City of Rochester) at 7 p.m.; and Tuesday, April 30 at the Fairport Village Hall at 7 p.m.

Rochester Mayor William Johnson has been invited to co-host the forums, along with Monroe County Executive Jack Doyle.
