County Fire Auxiliary installs officers

Members of the Monroe County Fire Auxiliary chose two members from the Walker Fire Auxiliary for their 2002-03 officers slate. Janet Haight was re-elected for another term as Treasurer and Bonnie Hart was named to another term as Secretary. The installation was held at St. Paul's Thomas Avenue Hall. The formal ceremony was conducted by Donna Bauer Hicks, a director of the state fire auxiliary for the past five years.

The Monroe County organization is composed of members from 21 different fire auxiliaries across Monroe County and meets 10 times a year at different firehalls.
