Teen summer volunteers needed at Seymour Library

Seymour Library is looking for teens in grades 6-12 for a summer volunteer program. Volunteers help with the children's summer reading program and other library events. They can also become a book buddy for elementary age children in the Seymour Summer Bees program. The program runs from June 29 to August 2. Morning afternoon or evening hours are available. Volunteers are expected to give an average of two hours a week. Interested teens can call the library at 637-1050 to sign up for the training session on Thursday evening, June 13, at 7:30 p.m. or for information.
