Rochester Street Rods car show
benefits Alzheimer's Association
The Rochester Street Rods, comprised mainly of pre-1949 cars modified for performance, will display their cars from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, June 15. Hilton East Assisted Living, host of the event, is located 1/4 mile west of Hilton High School. Hilton East will serve lunch from 11 a.m. to noon with proceeds benefiting Alzheimer's Association.
The car show will include a full array of classic, custom, and muscle cars outlining the front parking lot of Hilton East. Hilton East invites the community to stop by to enjoy the car show and lunch. Hot dogs, baked beans, macaroni salad and juice will be served for $3. All proceeds will go to benefit Alzheimer's Association.
The Rochester Street Rods are celebrating their 30th anniversary this year of car shows benefiting the public. The Street Rods hold car shows in many prominent places including Finger Lakes Race Track, Greece Ridge Mall and Six Flags Darien Lake. The Street Rods are comprised of 56 automobile hobbyists.
