Eagle Creek Marina plans Independence Day celebration

The Eagle Creek Marina's 2002 Fourth of July Independence Day Bash is scheduled for July 5 and July 6. Eagle Creek Marina is located at 1033 Lakeland Beach Road in the town of Kendall, Orleans County (Route 237 and the Lake Ontario State Parkway).

On Friday, July 5, the dance entertainment will be played by the D.J. Company "T-Jam." The dance will be held from 8:30 p.m. until 12:30 a.m. (rain or shine). Refreshments will be available. Tickets are $4/couple; $2/person.

The Fireworks Display will be Saturday, July 6 at 10 p.m. Over 3,500 aerial shells will be used during the main show and finale. Specially selected aerial shells will be used to enhance the view over the water promising a unique display. Refreshments and food will be available. The rain date for the fireworks display is Sunday, July 7.

Parking this year will be at the Kendall Fire Department, 1879 Kendall Road with free busing from and to the Fire Department. There will be a $2 donation for parking. Parking is prohibited on the Lake Ontario Parkway.
