Chili senior center programs

Summer Bowling - a social club for bowling and visiting with friends at AMF Olympic Lanes on Tuesdays, July 16 - September 3 from 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. The cost is $4.99 per week and includes 3 games of bowling, shoe rental, coffee and donuts. Participants must provide own transportation. Call 889-6185 if interested.

Genesee Country Village & Museum Trip - Friday, July 26 from 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. The cost is $12 and includes admission and bus transportation. Lunch is on your own. Trolley service is available throughout the village but walking is involved. For information, call 889-6185.

Golf lessons - offered at Chili Golf Course on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, August 6 - August 29, from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. Participants must provide their own clubs. The cost is $30. Stop by Chili Senior Center, 3235 Chili Avenue to register. For information, call 889-6185.

Red Wings game - a trip for seniors 55+ to Frontier Field to see the Red Wings vs. Syracuse on Wednesday, August 28. The cost is $8.00 and includes transportation. For information call 889-6185 or stop by the senior center at 3235 Chili Avenue.

Oktoberfest - a trip for seniors 55+ to the Irondequoit Oktoberfest on Friday, September 20. The bus leaves at noon and returns at 4 p.m. The cost is $6. For information call 889-6185 or stop by the senior center at 3235 Chili Avenue.

Summertime Picnic - 4th Annual Picnic at Black Creek Park on Tuesday, August 20 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Picnic lunch includes chicken quarter, broccoli pasta salad, german potato salad, dinner roll, fruit and dessert. Entertainment by the Lakedale Irregulars. The cost is $5. Space is limited. Stop by the senior center at 3235 Chili Avenue to register.
