Two bodies discovered in Clarkson home
Monroe County sheriff's deputies and medical examiners are still working to determine the cause of death and identities of two individuals who were discovered in a house at 2227 Ireland Road in Clarkson. The decomposed bodies were discovered August 6.
Late in the afternoon on August 7, Bob Nolan, the Monroe County deputy director, said, "The medical examiner's office has a challenge ahead of them in ascertaining the identities and cause of death of the individuals."
A spokesman from the medical examiner's office said there were no results to release and when the cause of death and identities are determined the next of kin will be notified.
According to reports, one of the individuals in the home was reported missing by a co-worker when they failed to report to work. There were no signs of forced entry into the home and no weapons were found.
There were no other reports released by the sheriff's office on the case by press time last week.
