'Chipping in for Career Connections'
raises funds for senior program
The Spencerport High School's third annual "Chipping in for Career Connections" Golf Tournament on July 29 raised $2,700, an increase over last year's amount. The money is used to fund the high school's annual career day and scholarships to graduating seniors.
The Spencerport School-to-Career Advisory Council and the high school's student government sponsor the annual golf tournament. More than forty companies, organizations and individual sponsors took part in this year's tournament. The "Chipping in for Career Connections" Committee includes: Dan Azzarone, Jeff Bocach, Bob Hengenius, Dan Milgate and Tim McGuinness.
