•Coaches comments: (Greg Pelletier) "We have a lot expected of us this year and we need to get off to a good start. If we have success, we could start to roll. We will play four wide receivers on offense and either a five or four man front on defense to best use the talent we have."

Note: The Blue Devils last had a winning season in 1993 and last made the sectional playoffs in 1985 - the year most of the senior class was born.

Note: Holley fielded a 7-man team last in 1956, but this is their first venture since the game expanded to 11 men per side.
