Lakeside honors 9/11

As part of remembering September 11, Lakeside Health System dedicated a new flag in front of the main entrance and Lakeside board members, staff and volunteers joined together to help honor the members of Monroe Lodge #173 who donated the funds for the new flag and pole. The Lodge was represented by Jerry Werner, John Brugger, George Brege and Donald Cuthert and a plaque honoring the Lodge was unveiled. Lakeside's CEO Charles W. Smith, gave brief remarks and commented, "We come together on a very special day - September 11th - to dedicate this flag in front of our new entrance to the Health System. What better day can there be to thank Jerry Werner and all the members of Monroe Lodge #173 for the gift that made this flag possible."
