Erie Canal hours of operation
change for last month of season

Daily hours of operation along the New York State Canal System changed effective Thursday, October 3.

Until the close of the navigation season, the daily hours of operation along the Erie, Champlain, Cayuga/Seneca and Oswego Canals will be 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Mariners are also reminded that the Canal System will close for the season at 5 p.m. on Sunday, November 3.
