Lakeside says goodbye

The Medical Staff of Lakeside Memorial Hospital wished a fond farewell to Robert W. Harris, Lakeside's CEO who retired this August, at their annual Medical Staff Summer Social on September 20 at Oak Hill Country Club. Harris was presented with a plaque and a pen and pencil set in recognition of his work with the medical staff. Under Harris' 15 year leadership and despite the most challenging years for the health care industry, Lakeside has grown into a health system that includes not only the hospital, but Lakeside Beikirch Care Center, Lakeside Child Care, the Daisy Marquis Jones Family Wellness Center and the Lakeside Foundation, according to hospital representatives.
