Flu vaccine offered to community

Independent Nursing Care will visit the Churchville-Chili Central School District on Friday, November 8, to administer the flu vaccine to community members.

Evening hours will be from 4 to 8 p.m. at Fairbanks Road Elementary School located at 175 Fairbanks Road. The cost to the general public is $20. The vaccine is free with a Blue Cross or Preferred Care card and to senior citizens with a Medicare part B card. Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Pregnant women must provide a script from their doctor. The Churchville-Chili School District is not affiliated with Independent Nursing.
