Spencerport Comprehensive Plan
subject of public hearings

The Spencerport's village's Comprehensive Plan will be discussed at a public hearing held by the planning board on Tuesday, November 5 at 7 p.m. at the village offices, 27 West Avenue.

According to Bob Garlick, planning board chairman, the village board will also hold a public hearing on the plan. That meeting is Wednesday, November 6 at 7 p.m.

The plan was last updated in 1991. The revised document offers a guide for both the village's planning and architectural review boards to apply to their decisions. One element for them to pursue is the continuance of the canal town theme in the downtown business district.

A copy of the Comprehensive Plan is available at the village office.
