Munn Elementary School receives grant
ExxonMobil has awarded a $500 Educational Alliance grant to Munn Elementary School in Spencerport. The grant will be used to buy science equipment.
"Students will be able to investigate science further by having the equipment to participate in more hands-on experience," says Todd Yunker, Munn's principal. Arrow Marts of North Chili/Ogden worked with Munn to secure the grant, one of 4,000 nationwide in communities served by Exxon or Mobil stations.
"We are proud to be part of the efforts by William C. Munn School to provide outstanding educational opportunities to the young people of Spencerport," says Arrow Mart Manager Donna Corey. "As a Mobil retailer, we are committed to giving back to the community."
