NYSPRA Awards of Merit go to BOCES employees

Grace Griffee, Communication Specialist at Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES, is the recipient of two 2002 NYSPRA (New York School Public Relations Association) Awards of Merit. The first award was for her feature article Finding the Right Career Path written for the Holley Central School District newsletter, "Dimension." The second award, in the Community Newsletter category, was for the June 2002 issue of the Holley "Dimension." Griffee provides media relation service for the Holley and Kendall Central School Districts.

Marilee Whalen, Layout Specialist at Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES, designed the award winning June 2002 Dimension.

The NYSPRA entries are judged by a panel of public relations professionals and recognize excellence in school public relations.
