Athletic fields open at Churchville-Chili Central School District

As the final stages of a $30.9 million capital improvement project reach completion, a ribbon-cutting ceremony commemorated the opening of the new athletic fields at Churchville-Chili Central School District. This ceremony was held on Friday, October 18 at the new athletic fields as part of the Homecoming festivities.

Representatives from the Churchville-Chili Board of Education and district building planning team along with the construction project contractor, Christa Construction, attended this event. Members of the Executive Boards from the Stephen Burke Fund and the Churchville-Chili Booster Club and student athletes also assisted in the ribbon cutting ceremony.

"What a wonderful opportunity our community has provided for all of our students," said Neil Barton, Director of Athletics for Churchville-Chili Central School District. "The new fields will promote our athletic program to our students and be enjoyed by our community for years to come."
