Elder Wear program seeks donations

A campaign to provide clothes for residents from more than 15 area nursing homes runs through the end of January. The Elder Wear Program is a collaboration of Unity Health System and the Monroe County Masons. Donations of new clothing such as sweat shirts, sweat pants, and socks will be accepted. The Masons will then distribute the items to any nursing home looking for clothes for its residents.

Clothes can be dropped off at the Holiday Inn Airport at 911 Brooks Avenue. For information, call Lewis Perna at 242-6780.
