Peter Lee Willison

Eagle Scout Award presented

Peter Lee Willison, son of Kenneth and Donna Willison of Greece, received his Eagle Scout Award on January 3. He graduated from Hilton High School in 2002. The award was presented to him at an Eagle Court of Honor held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on English Road.

Willison earned 28 merit badges over his scouting career.

The Eagle Scout project that Willison chose was to put mulch down on 900 feet of the North Trail at Braddock Bay State Park. He worked very closely with John Plummer, Director of Parks in the Town of Greece, who had previously worked with Peter's brother, Mark, on his Eagle Project, which including building park benches on another park trail.

Willison is a student at Phoenix College in Phoenix, Arizona. He also holds a position in Phoenix at Kaizen Direct Inc., home offices in Rochester, where he is a telemarketing representative. He hopes to pursue a career in the Communications field.

The new Eagle Scout is a member of Troop 267 sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. A Court of Awards for Troop 267 scouts was held that evening also.
