Empire State College to hold information sessions

Empire State College, of the State University of New York, will hold public information sessions about its undergraduate programs on Monday, February 3 at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday, February 8 at 11 a.m.; Tuesday, February 11 at 7:30 p.m.; Thursday, February 20 at noon; Monday, February 24 at 5:30 p.m. and Wednesday, February 26 at 7:30 p.m. at its Genesee Valley Center, 1475 Winton Road North, Rochester.

Empire State College is a leading nontraditional college dedicated to enabling motivated adults earn an accredited SUNY degree. College representatives will be available at the information session to answer questions about the college's flexible associate, bachelor's and master's degree programs.

Empire State College specializes in degree programs for working adults whose life commitments make it difficult to take classes at a set time or place. The college's options include guided independent study with a faculty mentor, group studies and distance learning, as well as credit earned through college-level life learning.
