Empire State College's Genesee Valley Center
to hold information sessions
Empire State College, of the State University of New York, will hold public information sessions about its undergraduate programs on Tuesday, March 4 at 7:30 p.m.; Thursday, March 6 at 5:30 p.m.; Monday, March 10 at 7:30 p.m.; Monday, March 17 at noon; and Tuesday, March 25 at 7:30 p.m. at its Genesee Valley Center, 1475 Winton Road North, Rochester.
Empire State College is a nontraditional college dedicated to enabling motivated adults earn an accredited SUNY degree. College representatives will be available at the information session to answer questions about the college's flexible associate, bachelor's and master's degree programs.
Empire State College specializes in degree programs for working adults whose life commitments make it difficult to take classes at a set time or place. The college's innovative options include guided independent study with a faculty mentor, group studies and distance learning, as well as credit earned through college-level life learning.
