Hilton Girl Scouts enjoy dancing with their dads

The Girl Scouts of Hillwood (Hilton and North Greece) enjoyed a Sweetheart Dance on Friday, February 7 at the Old St. Leo's Church Hall in the village of Hilton. The girls brought their dads, uncles or grandfathers and danced to the music of DJ Tony DiStephano. They also posed for professional photos by Honey DeLapa of DeLapa Photography. About 160 girls attended. In the basement of the old church, which twinkled with Christmas lights, they sampled punch, cookies, candy, nuts, pretzels and cheesecake, some of which were donated by Wegmans. McDonald's of Hilton donated door prizes. Several of the troops made decorations for the dance.
