up in Parma Each year Hilton-Parma Recreation joins with a dedicated group of volunteer tax preparers to offer area seniors tax preparation services. Appointments are made for Tuesday or Thursday mornings at the Village Community Center through April 10. Last year this free service prepared 158 tax returns for Parma seniors and many of the tax-aide veterans are back to assist this year (above l to r) Eleanor Reiss and Esther Thomas.
