Dean Mondy of SEAS Swim Club of Brockport may be on his way to breaking a record dating back to 1979 held by Sean Sammler. At the swim championships held March 15 at Webster Aquatic Center, Mondy swam the Men's 8 and Under 25 yard Butterfly in 15:39, a record. SEAS swim coach Dave Hilfiker stated: "I knew he had it in him, it was up to Dean to decide that he had what it took." |
