Hilton FD salutes Robert W. Hoyt

Members of the Hilton Fire Department line up for a traditional salute and "last alarm" for the funeral procession of Robert W. Hoyt as it makes its way to the Parma Union Cemetery last week. Bob, a veteran of the Korean War, was awarded many medals for his war service and was a life member of the Hilton Fire Department, serving as a Lieutenant and Captain of the Hilton Fire Police Division. Volunteer fire department personnel provide the honor guard for all members and stand at attention in respect. The siren sounds once as part of the tribute.
