Michael P. Flanagan (right), of Thistlewood Lane, Spencerport, president of the Finger Lakes Chapter Knights of Columbus, presented the 2002-2003 Man of the Year award to Alfred L. Chapman, (left) of Cleveland Avenue, North Hornell. The announcement and presentation took place on Saturday, April 12 during the Chapter's Annual Bishop's Burse Dinner in Hornell. Chapman was honored for his many years of devoted service to the Knights of Columbus and his Brother Knights.
