Students and teachers at Hilton's Merton Williams Middle School, 200 School Lane, hosted a special luncheon Thursday, April 24 at the school. Themed "Make a Grandfriend," the luncheon had a reservation list of 80 area senior citizens. On the program were a special 85th birthday wish for Herb MacNaughton of Hilton (former Hilton "Citizen of the Year") and entertainment from the students originally performed for the school's Broadway Show Night.
