The Gates Chili Council hosted the 18th Annual Community Awards celebration on April 29. The "Innovative Business Award" was presented to The Rochester Home Builders Association for this year's 25th Anniversary Homearama Show. This year's Homearama, hosted by Faber Homes, will be held July 12-27 at Park Place on Union Street (just across from Black Creek Park) in the Town of Chili. This is the first westside Homearama in 12 years and will showcase 11 new homes.

The Rochester Home Builders' Association (RHBA) was founded in 1934 as a trade organization, uniting all segments of the residential building industry in the five county area. It is affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders and the New York State Builders Association, interacting with governments and communities to enhance the business climate for its members.
