Winners of the Catholic Daughters Court Nativity #931 Brockport essay contest were chosen at the group's meeting May 8. This annual contest is open to all students in the area. Topics choices were "Angels in My Life" or "The Star that Guides Me."

The winners are:

•Division I Grades 4 - 5 - 1st prize - Geoffrey Catlin - Grade 4 - Nativity School; 2nd prize - Nicole White - Grade 4 - Nativity School.

•Division II Grades 6-7-8 - 1st prize - David Johnson - Grade 6 - Home schooled; 2nd prize - Amber Champlain - Grade 6 - St. John's, Spencerport; 3rd prize - Angelica VanWyngaarden - Grade 6 - Children's Home Workshop.

•Division III Grades 9-12 - 1st prize - Greta Johnson - Grade 11 - Home schooled.
