The Hilton Central School District $47,997,019 budget for the 2003-04 school year was passed by voters 1,442-915. A Bus Purchase Proposition in the amount of $632,200 passed 1,386-922. Re-elected to three-year terms were incumbents Daniel Wellington with 1,888 votes and Gary Comardo with 1,814 votes.
