Bright Raven Gymnasts traveled to Orchard Park to compete in the upstate New York Championships and Team Cup held May 31 and June 1.

In the Level 5 competition for gymnasts 12 and over, Erin Kolb of Chili took second place on the uneven bars with a score of 9.625. In all around competition Erin placed seventh with a 36.70. Allison Grove of Chili placed fourth on bars (9.60) and ninth all around (36.45). Emily Gutknecht of Rochester won first place in floor exercise with the high score of 9.575. Kristina Wolf of Hilton placed eighth on vault (9.25). In the 9-11 age division, Amanda Arcieri of Chili placed seventh on floor (9.25). Bright Raven's Level 5 team finished seventh in a field of 25 teams at the Championships.

Bright Raven's Level 4 Team placed fourth in the large Team Cup. Competing in a field of 100 gymnasts, Kristina Nupp of Churchville was second in floor exercise (9.70) and Elaina Mazzola of Chili was eighth on balance beam (9.65).
