The Lakeside Memorial Hospital Twig Association awarded $500 scholarships to ten students at a presentation on June 7. These annual scholarships are awarded to students working toward a career in the health care field. This year's recipients are: Laurie Bischoff of Elba; Elizabeth Faulknor of Hilton, a previous scholarship recipient; Lisa Hughes of Holley; Adam McCrea of Hamlin, a repeat winner; Cristy Sigler of Hamlin, also a repeat recipient; Anne Downey of Albion; Dessarae Lenz of Fredonia, a previous recipient; Jacqueline Shillington of Holley; and Clark VanDenBerghe of Brockport. Alternate recipients are Stephanie Fackelman of Bergen and Craig Brattlie of Hilton.
