Each of the Ranger spring teams at Spencerport Central Schools participated in a volunteer community service/charity project during the 2002-03 school year.

This spring the Rangers varsity athletic teams have performed a variety of projects:

•Baseball - Assisted SSBC with Toy Show/Auction 2003.

•Softball - Donated $100 to Brandi Jenkins Cancer Fund.

•Boys Track - Painted High School East Gym hallways in school colors (4/2003).

•Girls Track - Assisted with SHS Blood Drive.

•Boys Tennis - Donated supplies to U.S. Armed Forces in Iraq.

•Golf - Assisted SSBC with Toy Show/Auction 2003, donated ($625) to Melissa's Living Legacy (children with cancer).

•Girls Lacrosse - Donation of $1,500 to St. Joseph's Villa.
