During the June 22 worship service at the First Presbyterian Church of Chili, the John and Eda Reinhardt scholarships, established in 1992 by Eda Reinhardt, were awarded to five Churchville-Chili graduates. The $1000 scholarships are available to qualifying young men and women who are part of the church family. Selection is based on academic performance in high school with consideration also given to contributions in extracurricular school activity, community service and church involvement. The recipients were, from left to right: Matt Kurzen, Mandy Harkness, Mark Stowe, Mandy Carden, Andrew Merrill and Sarah Monell.
