Brockport Integrated Services and Community Organization (BISCO) and Lakeside Memorial Hospital are teaming together for the annual Duck Derby to be held during the Brockport Summer Arts Festival on Sunday, August 10 at 3 p.m. The theme of this year's Duck Derby is "Helping Us Keep Our Community Safe." Proceeds from the event will be used to purchase equipment for the Brockport Fire Department and Emergency Department equipment for Lakeside Memorial Hospital.

Brad London Productions, Eastman Savings & Loan Federal Credit Union, Edward Jones Investments and Lord Abbett, First Niagara Bank, Heidelberg Digital, SUNY Brockport, Wal-Mart and Wegmans are major sponsors of the Duck Derby. "By supporting the Duck Derby these companies are showing their commitment to the safety of the community, since all proceeds will be used to purchase equipment for emergency services," stated George Dahl, chairman of the Duck Derby Committee.
