Events information sought for Go Art! Fall calendar

The Genesee-Orleans Regional Arts Council is compiling information for its Fall 2003 Newsletter Calendar of Events. GO ART!'s newsletter is distributed to its membership of 500 and at other venues. Those sponsoring or presenting an arts or cultural event in Genesee or Orleans County during October, November or December 2003, can send the following information: name and address of sponsoring/presenting organization, name and phone number of contact person, event name, date, location, handicap accessibility, brief description, admission fees, and phone number (to be published).

All information can be mailed to GO ART!, 201 East Main Street, Batavia, NY 14020-2205, faxed to 585-345-1608 or emailed to info@goart.org. Deadline for submission is August 15 for events taking place in October, November or December 2003.

GO ART! publishes its newsletter and calendar of events on a quarterly basis. Deadlines are as follows: November 15 for January, February, March; February 15 for April, May, June; May 15 for July, August, September; and August 15 for October, November, December. To avoid scheduling conflicts, organizations are encouraged to reference GO ART!'s master calendar of community cultural events by contacting the GO ART!'s office.
