Holley seeks community input
in school superintendent selection process
The Holley Central School District is seeking input from community members, parents, and staff in its search for a new superintendent. A Community Input Survey has been made available in the July issue of the district newsletter. Those who have not received a copy may obtain one at the district office, elementary school or junior/senior high school. Completed surveys must be returned to the district office or mailed to C. Todd Eagle, District Superintendent, Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES, no later than Friday, August 15.
The district is also looking for community members who would like to be involved in the interviewing process. Those interested should write a brief letter to the Holley Board of Education, 3800 North Main Street, Holley, New York 14470, explaining why they would like to interview candidates for the school superintendency, and include their name, relationship to the district, address and phone number.
Community members, parents, students and staff are invited to learn more about the superintendent selection process and assist in developing a profile of the ideal superintendent at a Community and Staff Forum to be held Thursday, September 11 at 7 p.m. in the Holley Elementary School Cafetorium.
