Four Brockport Brownies have earned all badges available

Ashlee Wilmier, Leah Sharp, Allison Baker and Brittanee Ciurca (l to r) have completed all the Brownie Age Level badges available. Brownie Girl Scouts work on badges called Try-its and they must complete four out of six activities to earn the Try-it. Each of these four girls completed all 58 Try-its available. This is a great accomplishment as it requires them to work independently at home to complete the Try-its that the troop does not. Most troops will complete about 30 Try-its over a three year time period. This leaves a great deal to be done independently. Ashlee Wilmier took an even greater challenge in setting her goal to complete all 58 Try-its over a two year time period. She was able to accomplish this with a lot of independent work and by attending Girl Scout Summer Camp, where girls can earn badges as well. All are part of the Brockport Service Unit of Girl Scouts.
