Chili Public Library begins Sunday hours in October
Beginning Sunday, October 5, the Chili Public Library will be open Sunday afternoons from 1 to 4 p.m. through December 21. The library is now open Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., until Memorial Day weekend.
Other library programs include:
DEAR (Drop Everything and Read) storytime begins September 12 and runs through October 10 on Fridays at 11 a.m. No registration, open to all.
"Books and Bites," a book discussion for those in grades 4-6, will be discussing Number the Stars by Lois Lowry on Thursday, September 11 at 4 p.m. Call the library at 889-2200 to join the discussion.
A "First Library Card Party" is scheduled at Chili Public Library on September 20 at 1 p.m. Registration begins Monday, September 8.
30 minute classes on "Beginning Mouse," Internet, and navigating the CLIC-on-Health web site have been scheduled for Tuesday or Thursday mornings at 9:15 a.m. at the Chili Public Library through October. Call the library at 889-2200 for the schedule and to register for these free classes.
