Spirit Week planned at Spencerport schools

Spencerport High School's sports and clubs host the annual Homecoming/Spirit Week September 22-25. The High School holds a pep assembly on Thursday, September 25 at 1:30 p.m. in the gymnasium; Cosgrove Middle School will hold two assemblies on September 25 at 1 and 2 p.m.

The highlights of the week include the following homecoming games:

•Monday, September 22 - Boys Varsity Soccer vs. Athena at 6:30 p.m. at the Soccer Stadium

•Tuesday, September 23 - Boys/Girls Varsity Cross Country at 4:30 p.m. at Northampton Park, Boys Varsity Volleyball vs. Penfield at 6 p.m. at the High School East Gym, Girls Varsity Soccer vs. Olympia at 6:30 p.m. at the Soccer Stadium.

•Thursday, September 25 - Homecoming Parade at 4 p.m. starts at the High School Tennis Courts and will proceed west on Ranger Road to the Bernabi Elementary School. Girls Varsity Swimming vs. Brighton at 4:30 p.m. at the High School Pool, Girls Varsity Tennis vs. East Irondequoit at 4:30 p.m. at the High School Tennis Courts, Varsity Football vs. Irondequoit at 5 p.m. at Trowbridge Field.

•Friday, September 26 - Homecoming Dance at High School East Gym from 7 p.m. to midnight.
