as Genesee Region Player of the Year Laura Gaesser a senior at Kendall High, has been named the Birds Eye Foods-Section V Soccer Player of the Year in the Genesee Region. Gaesser scored 42 goals to date, helping the Lady Eagles to an undefeated 18-0-1 record to date and the Class CC Section V title. Careerwise, she has scored 114 goals and had 51 assists. Presenting her with the award plaque is Bea Slizewski, vice president/communications for Rochester-based Birds Eye Foods, the nation's largest producer of frozen vegetables. |
