•Dragan, Peter, November 14, 2003. Survived by his daughter, Lillian M. Dragan; son, William Dragan; and their mother Nellie Burke. Peter was a retiree of Delco.

BROCKPORT

•Snover, Steven J., November 10, 2003, formerly of Brockport. Suddenly in Sunderland, Massachusetts. He leaves his wife, Christina; son, Ian; his parents, Herb and Jean Snover; brothers, Jeffrey and Kevin (Barbara) Snover; several aunts, uncles. His passion in life was his family and running.


CLARKSON

•Wahl, Richard "Dick," Former resident of Brockport/Clarkson, in Angelica, New York on September 27, 2003. Surviving are wife, Barbara; three daughters, Jacquelyn Winchell, Margaret Agostinelli, Elizabeth Gallman; brother, John (Debbie) Wahl of Brockport; four grandchildren; nephew, Sean Wahl.

Funeral Services were held September 30 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Allen, New York. Memorials can be directed to Angelica Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 154, Angelica, NY 14709.


CLARENDON

•Bies, Kenneth S., November 12, 2003. He leaves his wife Judy, of Holley; children; Adam of Pennsylvania, Diana of Long Island, Mike of Fredonia, Lindsay of Holley; granddaughter, Clarrissa (Peanut) of Penn-sylvania; father-in-law, Edward Campbell of Clarendon; brother-in-law, Edward Campbell of Clarendon; brother-in-law, Danny (Diana) Campbell of Clarendon; and sister-in-law Jeannie (Randy) Olson of Henrietta.

A Celebration of his Life was held November 23 at the Clarendon Rec. Hall. Memorials can be made to Hospice of Orleans, P.O. Box 489, Albion, NY or charity of one's choice in his memory.


•Smith, Mary Ann (McPhillips), 70, died November 17, 2003. She is predeceased by husband P. Frank Smith who died in 2000. She is survived by three children, Mary Jo Smith, Tracy (Cheryl) Smith, Vickie Smith all of Clarendon; five grandchildren, Mary (Michael) Lorek of Brockport, Stacy Smith of Rochester, Jamie Smith of Buffalo, Sher-e Smith of Buffalo, Danny Scroger of Clarendon; three great grandchildren; three sisters, Arlene (Wilbur) Heise of Florida, Evelyn (Richard) Woodhams of Kendall, Dorothy (the late Frank) DeMarco of Brockport; mother-in-law Florence Smith of Brockport; three sis-ters-in-law, Sandy McPhillips of Brockport, Caroline McPhillips of Florida, Joyce (the late Bill) Blank of Holley; brother-in-law Ray Coleman of Florida; many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by four brothers and two sisters.

A Mass of Christian Burial was said November 20 at St. Mary's Church. Interment, Hillside Cemetery. Donations can be made to the Clarendon Fire Company or Lakeside Memorial Hospital in her memory.


HILTON

•Hecht, Mary Ann D. (Suess), November 12, 2003. Survived by her husband John, daughters, Michele Hecht and Renay Hecht; mother, Florence Suess; sister, Jean Marie (Keith) Lewellyn; brother-in-law, Daniel (Deborah) Hecht; sister-in-law, Patricia Hecht; nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass was said November 15 at St. Lawrence Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Ce-metery. Contributions can be made to the Leukemia Society in her memory.


NORTH CHILI

•Rose, Miriam T., Age 98, of Lockport, formerly of North Chili, died November 14, 2003. She had lived most of her life in North Chili and wintered in Lakeland, Florida in her later years. She was an active member of the Pearce Memorial Free Methodist Church in North Chili for many years. Since moving to Lockport in 1998 to make her home with her daughter and son-in-law, she attended the Ransomville Free Methodist Church. Mrs. Rose was predeceased by her husband Edgar A. Rose in 1986. Survived by two daughters, Lenora Tomaschke of Lockport and Anita Coburn Raboin of Lunenburg, Massachusetts; six grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

A Graveside Service and interment was held November 21 at the North Chili Rural Cemetery. A Memorial Service was held November 22 at the Ransomville Free Methodist Church. Memorials can be made to the Rose Scholarship Fund at Roberts Wesleyan College, 2301 Westside Drive, Rochester, NY 14624-1997.
