Bayard S. Davis has been named first counselor to President Blaine VanDenBerghe of Brockport, President of the Rochester New York Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints. Bayard is an employee of Xerox and lives in Churchville with his wife, Sharon, and children, Jared and Jordan.
